Communication

Its a funny old thing but I think its not what you say that creates problems as much as If you dont say anything. I've always tried to communicate in a positive way with my clients and explain options and choices in an impartial way that allows the client to decide whats best for them with a clear description based on my experience of the pros & cons. Usually (but not always) most people tend to value your experience and advice and go with that but its good to never think that you know best as each individuals tastes are always different. This open communication always bears well for a healthy working relationship.

however its when you forget to keep people informed that a breakdown can occur and its a mindset thats hard to break to confront the situation and move forward. This is why i'm blogging this to remind myself to not sweep things under the carpet that need to be sorted as invariably its always much better to confront and resolve than ignore and forget.

This is strangely very true with life in general and whilst easy to type its not so easy to do.

I'm currently in a very resolving positive place which is cool so these words come easy but its very easy to slip and make excuses.

Only my second blog and its getting deep !!! ooh better make the next one light hearted me thinks.
